Emphasis and italics mine.
The following happened in the United States of America on Feb. 9 of this year.

The scene is the Little Falls branch of the Montgomery County Public Library in Bethesda, Md. Business is going on as usual when two men in uniform stride into the main reading room and call for attention. Then they make an announcement: It is forbidden to use the library's computers to view Internet pornography.

As people are absorbing this, one of the men challenges a patron about a Web site he is visiting and asks the man to step outside. At this point, a librarian intervenes and calls the uniformed men aside. A police officer is summoned. The men leave. It turns out they are employees of the county's department of Homeland Security and were operating way outside their authority.

Don't you feel more secure knowing that Homeland Security is looking out for your best interests? Something comes to mind; a quote I seem to recall. "Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely." Yes we do have a reason to fear. History repeats itself for those who do not learn the lessons from the past.

We are indebted to reporter Cameron W. Barr of the Washington Post for the account of this incident, which, I feel constrained to repeat, did not happen in China, Cuba or North Korea. Rather, it happened a few days ago in this country. Right here in freedom's land.

Have you felt it yet? Soon, very soon it will come breaking through the door.

Do you have your ID card? Do you know where it is? I am sorry sir, but I can't seem to locate it. Well step outside sir, we have a few questions for you!

The article from Leonard Pitts at Buffalo News continues:

And there are others who'd say, "So what?" They're in the 51 percent, according to a recent Los Angles Times/Bloomberg poll, who say we should be ready to give up our freedoms in exchange for security. Apparently, they are ignorant of what Benjamin Franklin said: "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."

Apparently, they're also unversed in something candidate Bush said in 1999: "There ought to be limits to freedom." This nugget of wisdom wasn't dropped in a discussion of national security. Rather, it was the future president's reaction to a Web site that made fun of him.

Seven years later, he's clearly getting his wish. It chills me to know that doesn't chill more of us. Indeed, of all the many things I cannot fathom about certain of my countrymen and women, their ability to be sanguine at the threatened abrogation of their rights is very near the top.

The only way I can explain it is that freedom - the right to do, say, think, go, "live" as you please - is so ingrained in our psyche, has been such a part of us for so long, that some people are literally unable to imagine life without it. They seem fundamentally unable to visualize how drastically things would change without these freedoms they treat so cavalierly, what it would be like to need government approval to use the Internet, buy a firearm, watch a movie or read these very words.

If that sounds alarmist, consider again the experience at Little Falls, where an agent of the government literally read over a man's shoulder, Big Brother like, and tried to prevent him from seeing what he had chosen to see. The fact that we are at war doesn't make that OK. The fact that we are panicked doesn't make it OK. The allegation that the material is unsavory doesn't make it OK.

How do the occult movers and shakers of our world define freedom? It is defined much differently by them.
The word "freedom," which can be interpreted in various ways, is defined by us as follows:---
Freedom is the right to do that which the law allows.
Note, there is no higher authority here than man in their view.
This interpretation of the word [freedom] will at the proper time be of service to us, because all freedom will thus be in our hands, since the laws will abolish or create only that which is desirable for us according to the aforesaid programme.(1)

I am struck by two statements made by Leonard Pitts. "It chills me to know that doesn't chill more of us." "They seem fundamentally unable to visualize how drastically things would change without these freedoms they treat so cavalierly,"

This my friends, is exactly what they predicted would occur.
There is another reason also why they will close their eyes: for we shall keep promising them to give back all the liberties we have taken away as soon as we have quelled the enemies of peace and tamed all parties.......
It is not worth while to say anything about how long a time they will be kept waiting for this return of their liberties.....

The liberties removed by the Patriot Act will not be returned.

Col. "Dangerous" Dan Marvin, once asked to assassinate a military officer at Bethesda Naval Hospital holding damaging pictures of the JFK autopsy, has "stuck it big time" to the Pentagon brass.

With a recent federal court victory this week revealing hit squads and assassinations are accepted military policy, Col. Marvin fought off a long and costly legal battle for libel concerning statements made in his controversial 2003 book, The Expendable Elite.

"The most difficult part of the whole trial was that the Pentagon bribed and coerced some of my men to lie on the stand about what really happened in Vietnam," said Col. Marvin this week on Greg Szymanski's radio show, The Investigative Journal.

Col. Marvin in his book also tells how he uncovered the Johnson administration was funneling weapons and providing safe-havens for the enemy during the Vietnam War on the shores of the Mai Cong Delta in Cambodia.

He further accused the Pentagon and President Lyndon Johnson of slaughtering many innocent American soldiers in furtherance of a hidden policy to keep the war going at any cost with the intent of losing, not winning the war.

Does the last paragraph quoted sound familiar? This is exactly what the Illuminati, CFR and the UN intend for America. America must be bled dry financially and militarily, at all cost so that a socialist world government can replace American hegemony in the world.

Col. Marvin was ordered by the CIA with his regiment to kill Cambodian Crown Prince Norodum Sihanouk.

Col. Marvin recalls the mission came from the "highest authority" and although he accepted, it came with an important stipulation as Col. Marvin demanded an end to the enemy's safe haven's just inside the Cambodian borders and the end to the needless killing of American GI's.

However, when Col Marvin's demands were ignored, he then refused to carry out the Prince Sihanouk hit, causing the American government to then turn on Col. Marvin.

"The CIA or the Company, as we called them, then dispatched an ARVN regiment to kill me and my men for retribution for standing up against the CIA," said Col. Marvin. "Our own government turned on us and would have killed all of us if it wasn't for the dramatic rescue by ARVN Lt. Gen. Quang Van Dang.

"In 1989 I learned Van Dang had been exiled to Canada, living in poverty as a dishwasher in a por section of Montreal. After the disrupted CIA hit on our unit, the government put out a smear campaign, not wanting him to tell the truth and saying he was a drug lord. It just wasn't true and I tried for 10 months to go through diplomatic channels to get him into this country, but nothing worked.

"Finally, I wrote President George H. Bush, saying I would never stop trying to get Van Dang into the U.S. until I was dead or the Lord came to take me. But what I did was slip a little piece of pink paper in the letter saying, 'I am intimately familiar with your involvement in the CIA prior to the date you admitted.' And after that it wasn't more than two weeks that the authority came down to allow Dang in the county.

"So I get ready to go get Dang in a rented U-haul and bring him over the Canadian border in 1989. Two days before I was to leave, I get a call from a friend in the CIA, saying I and Dang were being set up for a Company hit right before the border so I better watch out."

Although Col. Marvin said he had no proof Bush ordered the hit, it is a fact Bush was the first recipient of the note and being the President, should have been able to stop any effort to kill Marvin and Dang since he obviously gave the official nod to let Dang in the country based on Col Marvin's note tucked inside the letter.

Our government will stop at nothing to justify it's actions. Public smear campaigns, forcing military personel to lie in court, killing our own military hero's so that the truth will never be revealed.

What about today? Is G.H-W Bush any better? or the U.S. state Department? There were no WMD in Iraq. It was all a lie used to justify the invasion of a sovereign nation. There is no connection between Sadam Hussain and 9/11. That was a lie too. There is no exit policy for bringing our troops home. We still have troops in Afghanistan with increasing violence occurring daily. Now George and neo-con company are planning the invasion of Iran. Sound familiar?

What is the rational explanation for all the lies? America must be bled dry financially and militarily, so that American hegemony will become subservient to a socialist world government which will replace it and this once free and proud nation can be shackled through entanglements in foreign treaties(NAFTA, CAFTA) and decimated to a shadow of it's former glory through useless wars, open borders, and record budget deficits.

Now let's take a look at the pedigree of the Bush family in the Bush family photo album. Here we find most of their infamous deeds recorded. Oh how we Americans have such short memories!

What about that title(Babylon).

Why Babylon? Which nation has legitimized homosexual relations as "normal"?, murdered over 40 million human souls(abortion), legalized pornography and spread it around the world. Why the U.S. of course!

"For all nations have drunk the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.
And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities." Revelation 18:3-5 KJV.

"Behold, the days come, saith the Lord God, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord: And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the Lord, and shall not find it." Amos 8:11-12 KJV.

"And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness." II Thessalonians 2:11-12 KJV.

"Remember, the truth will set you free and the Lord will provide," said Col. Marvin.
